Terms of Service — Réalta Star

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Réalta Star ("the Service"), an astrology chart and horoscope website. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Réalta Star calculates Sun, Moon, Rising, and Decan placements using astronomical equations and generates daily horoscopes based on current planetary transits. All readings and horoscopes are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. User accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or sign in with an authentication provider. When you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

4. Data you provide

You may enter personal data such as your name, birth date, birth time, and birth place. This data is used solely to generate your chart and readings. You may delete individual readings or your entire account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and processed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission.
Interfere with other users' use of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, text, graphics, and underlying code are owned by Réalta Star and its licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service without written permission.

Your personally generated chart results are yours to keep and use for personal purposes. You may not resell them as a product or service, or claim they are produced by an expert astrologer unless reviewed by one.

All third-party names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Service — including Google, Stripe, Buy Me a Coffee, Supabase, Lovable, OpenStreetMap, and others — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their mention does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we use accurate astronomical calculations, we do not guarantee that any chart, horoscope, or interpretation is correct, complete, or suitable for your situation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Réalta Star and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account from the "My Readings" page.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Support and donations

Réalta Star may display a "Buy Me a Coffee" button that directs you to Buy Me a Coffee, a third-party platform, to make a voluntary donation. Donations are optional, are not required to use the Service, and do not purchase any goods, services, subscriptions, or premium features. The entire donation transaction is handled by Buy Me a Coffee under its own terms and privacy policy; Réalta Star does not receive or store your payment details. All donation decisions are final unless otherwise required by law or Buy Me a Coffee's own refund policy.

13. Printable poster purchases

The Service offers optional one-time purchases of "chart unlocks". Each unlock grants access to the high-resolution printable poster files (PNG) for one saved chart. Key terms:

What you get. A one-time, non-subscription purchase of 1, 5, or 10 chart unlocks. Each unlock may be applied to one saved chart of your choosing and grants access to the poster files for that chart, in the designs and sizes offered at the time of purchase. Once applied, an unlock is used up and cannot be moved to a different chart. Access is tied to your account and is not transferable.
Banked unlocks. Unlocks you have not yet applied remain available on your account and may be applied to charts you save later. Unapplied unlocks do not expire while the Service operates, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
Deleted charts. If you permanently delete a chart, the unlock applied to it is spent and is not restored or refunded.
Price and taxes. Current prices are $2.99 for 1 chart unlock, $4.99 for 5, and $6.99 for 10. The price shown at checkout is in U.S. dollars and may include or exclude taxes as calculated by the payment processor.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. Réalta Star never receives or stores your full card details.
Digital goods and refunds. Because the files are digital and delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. If a download fails or you were charged in error, contact us and we will make it right, including issuing a refund at our discretion. Statutory refund and withdrawal rights (for example for EU/UK consumers) are not affected; by downloading, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately.
Refunds and access. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the associated download access is revoked.
Licence and use. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to print, display, and share the poster files for personal, non-commercial use, including printing through a print shop or giving a printed copy as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the files or the artwork within them in a commercial product, print-on-demand catalogue, or template. Artwork, typography, and layout remain the property of Réalta Star.
Accuracy and entertainment. Posters are generated from the birth details you supply. We cannot correct or refund for incorrect birth data entered by you, and posters — like all chart output — are provided for entertainment purposes.
Design updates. We may update, refine, or redesign the poster artwork, typography, layout, or file format at any time, and these changes may affect the appearance of posters generated from your saved charts. Because such updates can alter the look of future downloads — and may not be backward-compatible with earlier versions — we strongly encourage you to download and keep copies of your poster files as soon as they are available. Réalta Star is not liable for any loss of access to, or changes in the appearance of, poster files resulting from design updates, and no refund or exchange is owed solely because the design has evolved.
Availability. Poster sizes, designs, and pricing may change or be discontinued at any time. Previously purchased access remains available while the Service operates, but we do not guarantee indefinite hosting; download and keep your files.
